The Millennium Mills was a flour mill in West Silvertown, London on the south side of the Royal Victoria Dock built in 1905 by the company Vernon & Sons. In 1920 they were taken over by Spillers Ltd. and rebuilt in 1933 into a 10-storey art deco building. The Royal Docks closed for good in 1981 and this also put an end to the local milling industry. Many renovation plans failed over the years. According to latest one, this amazing building known from many movies and music videos, is to be converted to a commercial building containing mixture of offices, retails and restaurants. The photos were taken in 2019 during Open House London weekend.
